End of Residency Preview

During the last 3 weeks I have been Artist in Residence at 25 Stratford Grove, Newcastle. My residency will end on Thursday 18 June. You are invited to come and see the work and enjoy a glass of wine.

I have found the experience extremely valuable as it has forced me to work in a completely different way than I am used to.

Lanterns on the Lake Visuals

I will be providing visual accompiment for the Lanterns at the Star and Shadow at the end of the month. If the last gig was anything to go by this will be one hell of an evening.

Listening Patterns

I have recently been listening to:

1. Manic Street Preachers - Journal for Plague Lovers
2. That Fucking Tank - Tanknology
3. Tim Hecker - An Imaginary Country
4. D_rradio - Leaves
5. Mass - myspace tracks

Lady Kitt's and my performance were covered by the Journal. Here is the clipping. Apparently the photographer wanted to open the door to the room I was locked in to take a picture of me. Thanks Andy for not letting him. Its a shame the paper didn't cover more of the other artists work.

Photographs and video of my performance will be on my website soon.

Nostalgia

I will be doing some visual accompaniment at the after show event at Allenheads on Saturday June 10th. It should be a whole day of interesting work.

Here is the flyer for my next exhibition which will also feature work by Iain Harker and Steven Walker [50ft Long Horse].

It will be at Empty Shop in Durham form June 19-24th.
